Overview of Grace Community Baptist Church

Yorktown Baptist Church was established in 1970. The transfer of the property from Kenneth and Alberta George occurred at the end of 1971. The church building was completed in 1972.

On October 16, 2005 the congregation of Lynn Acres Baptist Church merged with Yorktown Baptist Church and became Grace Community Baptist Church.

Our desire is to share the love of Christ with our community and around the world, while meeting the spiritual needs of individuals. If you are seeking a place to worship, our doors are always open to you. We think you will find our church to be a place where God is glorified, the Bible is taught, and people enjoy spending time together as a church family.

We are a Baptist church affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, the Kentucky Baptist Convention and the Louisville Regional Baptist Association (formerly Long Run Baptist Association, Inc.).
